Track your order

When your order is dispatched, we will email your tracking number and a link to your order status page. Open the shipping confirmation email and select the tracking link to see the latest carrier updates.

If you cannot find the email, please check your spam folder or contact noruneisland@proton.me with your order number and the email address used at checkout. You can also check a tracking number on 17TRACK, a third-party tracking service.

Tracking has not updated

A tracking number can be created before the carrier makes its first scan. If your parcel has no updates or has passed its estimated delivery window, email us so we can investigate. A delivery scan does not prevent you from reporting a missing parcel.

Choose your bracelet size

Measure your wrist with a soft tape without pulling it tight. Check the size options on the product page. If you are unsure which option to choose, email us your wrist measurement and the name of the bracelet before ordering so we can confirm the fit.

Care for your jewelry

Remove your bracelet before swimming, showering, exercising, or applying perfume and cosmetics. Avoid chemicals, strong impacts, and pulling on the bracelet. Gently wipe it with a soft cloth and store it separately in a dry place. Pearls and natural materials require gentle care.
